LAMINATING
We laminate for our local customers. We do our best to laminate while you wait, but you may have to leave your items and come back later to pick them up. If you're on the way to the store, just call us and we'll make sure the machine on. We use a hot laminator and our rolls are 5mil each, so your items are covered in thick 10mil lamination once they go through the machine. Our laminator is 25" wide and we charge by the linear foot. We try to place your items as close together as we can.
Items not picked up within 30 days will be discarded.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We will gladly help you with defective or damaged items within 30 days of purchase/delivery. Email us at mcgregorsteachersupplies@gmail.com with information and photos of the issues. We will contact you with the next steps. You can also contact the manufacturer to request a replacement of the defective item.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please verify your shipping address before you finalize your order. If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within ONE HOUR of placing your order. We ship orders to the address provided by the customer and are not responsible for packages going to the wrong address. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed to all returned packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. Item(s) must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Please see the Refund & Return Policy for online returns and more details.
